High-quality craftsmanship in every detail — that was Bob McComsey’s vision when he started McComsey Builders in 1980. Since then, it’s guided our skilled craftsmen through every barn build, historical refurbishment, new custom home, commercial building, and home renovation we’ve had the honor to work on.

McComsey Builders began by building barns and equestrian arenas and refurbishing historical buildings in the Chester County countryside. As the area grew more residential, we expanded our focus to handcrafted custom homes designed for our clients’ lifestyles.

Now, Mike and Bob Jr. have come on board. As a small, family-owned business, we’re proud to carry on the McComsey tradition, taking great care in everything we do. Whether we’re building vaulted ceilings, hand laying stone, installing crown molding, or designing custom millwork, our passion for building shows in every last detail.
